This chapter examines how Medical Education Technology strengthens ethical decision-making, cultural competence, and professional responsibility in health care. Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected from 2,300 Mongolian healthcare professionals through pre- and posttraining surveys and competency assessments. Ethics approval was obtained from the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences Institutional Review Board, and informed consent was collected from participants. Findings demonstrate significant improvements in ethical reasoning, informed consent practices, and conflict management skills. Innovations such as AI-driven simulations, blockchain-based consent tools, and personalized e-learning are highlighted. This chapter argues that MET is essential for cultivating ethically competent, digitally fluent professionals able to navigate complex healthcare systems. This work provides an evidence-based roadmap for embedding ethics into digital curricula, with strong implications for low- and middle-income countries where access to conventional training is limited. By linking ethical competency with technological fluency, the chapter also demonstrates how scalable, digital-first approaches can help address global health inequities and prepare professionals for crisis contexts such as pandemics and climate-related emergencies.
