Introduction: 1. Intravenous gas due to ischemia of the small intestine. 2. Combined with flatulence and intestinal enlargement. 3. Concomitant with fatty liver and parenchymal disorders. Discussion: Hepatic portal vein (HPV) is often associated with acute venous ischemia and is a high mortality rate. This case was first reported in 1955 by Wolf and Evans in six infants and adults who died of intestinal necrosis, and in 1965 the first case of survival was reported. Also computed tomography scans, embolism, and intestinal pneumonia are indications for surgery. Conclusion: Computed tomography (CT) scans of venous flatulence caused by intestinal transmural necrosis have revealed signs of flatulence that can extend up to 2 cm from the hepatic capsule.
