Background: Based on the hospital of the Institute of Traditional Medicine and Technology, which provides state-level specialized medical care in the field of traditional medicine, there is a basis for conducting research on the implementation of diagnostic and treatment guidelines. Aim: To study and clarify the status of the implementation of the guidelines and the types of diagnoses of patients admitted to the ITMT Hospital. Materials and Methods: The research work was carried out with the support of the Mongolian International School of Medicine of the National University of Medical Sciences and the Hospital of ITMT. The study used a retrospective, document-based research design. Results: A random sampling of 300 patients’ histories of inpatients at Institute of Traditional Medicine and Technology in 2016-2018 revealed 15 groups of 32 types of diseases, and white blood vessel disease was the most frequent diagnosis of 82 (28.18%) among all treatments. In the medical history of 300 clients, 30.8% (95% Cl: 29.1-32.4) were diagnosed with solid vessel disease, including heart disease 9.1%, lung 1.6%, liver 1.3%, spleen 0.7%, kidney 16.1%, stomach 1.3%, gall bladder 0.3%, bladder disease was found in 0.3%6. We have compared the therapeutic treatment recorded in the medical history with the diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines of traditional medicine and the following results have been obtained. There are 15 groups of diagnoses of a total of 32 types of inpatients at Hospital of ITMT, and white blood vessel disease is the most frequent diagnosis of 82 (28.18%) of all patients treated. Conclusion: It was discovered that Sampilnorov, Zachun-13, and Shingun-5 drugs were mainly used in the treatment of white blood vessels. When comparing the diagnosis with the treatment guidelines, it was determined that the necessary drugs were chosen from 81.2%. Massage, acupuncture, and cupping are 100% effective compared to diagnostic and treatment guidelines.
