Удиртгал: Миазис (Myiasis) гэдэг нь үе хөлтний хүрээ (Arthropoda), шавжны анги (Insects), хос далавчтан (Diptera)-ы багт хамаарагдах зарим зүйлийн ялааны авгалдайн халдвараас үүсэх өвчин юм. ХӨСҮТ-ийн яаралтай тусламжийн тасагт жилд дунджаар 2-3 тохиолдол бүртгэгдэж, тусламж үйлчилгээ авдаг байна. Эмнэлзүйн тохиолдол: Үйлчлүүлэгч Ө.А 12 настай, эрэгтэй, зуны амралтаараа Дорноговь аймагт хөдөө мал маллаж, өвөө эмээдээ тусалж байгаад ХӨСҮТ-ийн яаралтай тусламжийн тасагт хандсан. Өвчний түүх: 2022.08.24-нд шанааны баруун талаар зураасан мөр үүсч, загатнаж, улайж эхэлсэн ба зураасан мөр хоногтоо 6-8 мм нэмэгдэж байсан. Өөр шинж тэмдэг илрээгүй. Ялган оношилгоо: Манай орон мал аж ахуй эрхэлдэгтэй холбоотой хамгийн түгээмэл тохиолддог нь Hypoderma bovis болон Gasterophilus intestinalis юм. Мөн дугариг хорхойн ангийн төлөөлөгч Ancylostoma braziliense болон Ancylostoma caninum-аас ялган оношилох шаардлагатай. Дүгнэлт: Gasterophilus intestinalis-ийн авгалдай хүний арьсыг нэвтэрч, могой хэлбэрээр нүүдэллэн зураас үүсгэсэн (myiasis linearis) байна.
Background: Human myiasis (Greek Mya=fly) is an infestation of fly larvae (maggot) that deposit eggs into living mammals or warmblooded vertebrates and complete their life cycle. The typical hosts are mammals, birds, and accidentally men. Various fly species, anatomical location, and burden of fly larvae have bearing on their myriad clinical presentation. An average of 2-3 cases per year are registered in the emergency department of National Center for Communicable Diseases and receive care. Symptoms: The skin is a common site of myiasis and these cutaneous larva migrans usually present as furuncle, localized inflammation, skin wounds, and myiasis linearis among others. Case presentation: 12-year-old male, patient O.A, was on summer vacation in Dornogovi province tending livestock and helping his grandparents. Present complaint: On August 24, 2022, a line appeared on the right side of the cheek, it started to itch and turn red, and the line increased by 6-8 mm per day. There were no other symptoms. Differential diagnosis: Hypoderma bovis and Gasterophilus intestinalis are the most common diseases associated with animal husbandry in our country. Also, it is necessary to differentiate between Ancylostoma braziliense and Ancylostoma caninum, representatives of the pinworm class. Diagnosis: it is an infection with the larvae of Gasterophilus intestinalis. The larvae penetrate human skin and migrate in a serpentine causing a line. Conclusion: Gasterophilus intestinalis larvae penetrate the human skin and migrate in the form of a snake, causing linear myiasis.
